Carrier & Weather Delays

Sierra Pacific Peptides is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, severe weather, natural events, operational issues, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivered but Not Received

If the carrier marks your package as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly (FedEx) to open a delivery inquiry or claim.

  • We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office as well.
  • Sierra Pacific Peptides is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and assist you.

  • A brief description of the issue
